Locacity is a website specialized in urban furnished rentals: serviced apartments, aparthotels, bed and breakfasts, corporate housing, self catering accommodations.

We publish short term rental ads in France and we connect you directly with the tenant.
Our goal : to become the reference website for urban furnished rentals.

Who is the target of Locacity?
Locacity was created to help anybody looking for a furnished rental (bed and breakfast, aparthotel, furnished apartment, corporate housing, self catering) in France.

Does Locacity receive a commission on each booking?
No, Locacity is not a real estate agency and does not interfere in relations between owners and tenants. Locacity does not charge any commission on rentals and reservations made through the website.

Which services offers Locacity?
By placing an ad on Locacity, you benefit from many services:

What are the different offers?
We have 2 subscription packages :

• 12 months subscription: ideal for short term furnished rentals, bed and breakfasts and aparthotels, to maximize your reservations throughout the year
• 6 months subscription: best suited to self catering accommodations and bed & breakfasts opened part of the year only

How does an ad look?
Each ad comes with a full description: detailed description of the property, contact information of the owner, pictures, reservation calendar and location map.

To help tenants make their choice, we make sure all ads are clear and functional.

How long does it take before my ad is published?
Ads are validated and published within 72 working hours after online registration.

Can I create multiple ads from my owner's account?
Yes, you can run multiple ads from your owner's account.
To post another ad, simply click on "place an ad" when you are in your customer account.

How many photos can I submit with my ad?
You can place up to 10 photos in your ad of furnished apartment, bed and breakfast or aparthotel.

What are the specifications for photos?
The specifications are the following:
Format : jpeg
Weight : 1000 Kb maximum per photo
Size : 510x340 pixels or 10x15 cm

I do not speak French, how can I translate my ad?
Locacity does not offer translation services. You can translate your text using a translation website such as www.google.com/language_tools and then insert it to your ad.

How can I remove my ad temporarily from Locacity?
From your account's page, you can deactivate your ad. It will remain in the database so you can reactivate it whenever you want.

How will tenants contact me?
Customers wishing to reserve your furnished apartment or bed and breakfast will contact you directly via the contact information from the ad (email or phone).

I forgot my password
On the homepage, click on "forgot password" and enter your email address on the next page. You will receive an email with your password.

My rates vary according to seasons, how can I specify it in the ad?
We recommend you mention low season rates in the rates category and write high season or special rates in the specifications content box.

Where can I check your terms and conditions of use?
You can read our terms and conditions of use by clicking on Terms and Conditions.

How do I edit my ad?
You can modify your ad online for free through your secure account by entering your email and password. If you forgot your password, click "forgot password" and enter your email on the next page. You will receive an email with your password.
