Locacity is a website specialized in urban furnished rentals: furnished apartments, bed and breakfasts, aparthotels, corporate housing, self catering.

We publish short term rental and bed & breakfast ads in France and we connect you directly with the tenant.
Our goal : to become the reference website for urban furnished rentals.

Who is the target of Locacity?
Locacity was created to help anybody looking for a furnished rental (furnished apartment, bed and breakfast, aparthotel, self catering, corporate housing) in France.

Our listings come from 4 sources:

• owners
• real estate professionals (agencies)
• extended stay hotels
• student residences

Does Locacity receive a commission on each booking?
No, Locacity is not a real estate agency and does not interfere in relations between owners and tenants. Locacity does not charge any commission on rentals and reservations made through the website.

How do I do my research?
You can quickly enter your search criteria from Locacity's homepage. Simply select the type of accomodation you wish and choose between the different options. Then click on "search".

You can also search from a map by clicking on "Map Search".

How are results ranked?
You can sort the ads by budget, area, location or type of accomodation.

How can I contact the owners?
Customers wishing to reserve a short term accomodation (furnished apartment or bed and breakfast) featured on Locacity should contact owners directly via their contact information from the ad.

How do I use the cart?
The cart is a feature that lets you keep selected ads for future reference during your search session. You can then sort them more precisely. To place ad in your cart, click on "add to cart" in the details of the ad or the results list.
