Locacity, INPI trademark No. 09 3 632 503, is a website portal whose function is to link tenants and owners of furnished rentals and bed & breakfasts in France. As an ad publisher, Locacity does not interfere at any time in the booking and transactions, that take place directly between owners and tenants.
Ad searching is free and available to every internet user. Customers wishing to book a furnished apartment, bed and breakfast or aparthotel featured on Locacity must contact the owner directly via their contact information from the ad.

Locacity will publish on Internet ads that come in via the registration form during the period paid by the owner. This period starts the first day of publication.

Intellectual Property
